This vegan mushroom pie is bursting with flavor, and the texture of the 3 different sautés put together will confuse you for meat. I am changing and combining the mushrooms every week, picking from our own fruiting room. Contrary to popular belief, a lot of commercially available pastry is accidentally vegan, and that includes the one we use- puff pastry. Our recipe includes roasted walnuts( be aware that those who are allergic to nuts), garlic, and onion. The Mediterranean sea salt we use is 56% less sodium than other salts and rich in minerals(62 minerals).

King Oyster, Florida Oyster, King Blue Oyster, Snow White Oyster, Pink and Yellow Oyster, Lion's Mane, Agaricus....we are alternating the kind of mushrooms we use for just the sake of variety of flavors and texture.
