Ingredients: King Oyster or other Pleurotus that we alternate for the sake of variety of flavor and texture, Soy Sauce (Water,  Soybeans, Rice), Maple Syrup, White Miso Paste, Worcestershire Sauce(Soy, Anchovies), Garlic,  Onion, Mediterranean Sea Salt(56% less sodium than other salts and 62 minerals).
